How to order
Four steps, no account needed.
1. Pick your items
Add everything you need to the cart — fruits, passes, keys or bundles.
2. Send the manifest
We generate an order code and a ready-to-send WhatsApp message with your totals in RM.
3. Pay in RM
Touch 'n Go, DuitNow QR or bank transfer. The admin confirms stock before you pay.
4. Receive in game
Add the admin on Roblox, join the trade, and the items land in your inventory in 5–30 minutes.

How fast is delivery?
Most orders are delivered in 5–30 minutes. Large bundles or peak hours (weekends, update day) can take up to 2 hours — the admin tells you the ETA before you pay.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, and bank transfer to Maybank or CIMB. Payment details are sent on WhatsApp after we confirm stock.
Do I have to give my password?
Only for 上号代充 (top-up on your account): the admin signs in, so we need your username and password. Signing in from a new device makes Roblox send a 2FA code — send it in the chat when the admin asks, and change your password right after. If you would rather not share credentials, choose 代送: for that we only need your username, the game and the item.
Do I need to pay first?
We confirm stock and the final total first, then you pay. For orders above RM 100 we can split payment into two steps if you prefer.
What if an item is out of stock?
The item is marked Sold out and cannot be added. Message the admin — restocks usually land within 24 hours and we can notify you.
Can I get a refund?
If we cannot deliver the item you paid for, you get a full refund or a swap of equal value — your choice. Undeliverable orders are refunded the same day.
